By placing an order on our website, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs).
Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products made through the official Comprex website, operated by Comprex France, whose headquarters are located at:

2. Products
Our products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
The photos on the site are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product without affecting its quality or features.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
Shipping fees are shown separately during checkout.
Comprex reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Placing an order on the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email after payment has been validated.
Comprex reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, previous disputes, or payment anomalies.
5. Payment
Payments are secured through our partner Shopify Payments.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) as well as other payment methods offered during checkout.
Full payment is required before the order is shipped.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Comprex is committed to delivering products within the announced timeframes, except in cases of exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather disruptions, force majeure, etc.).
7. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to request an exchange or a refund.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

8. Liability
Comprex cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of purchased products.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control (carriers, customs, unforeseen events, etc.).

It is necessary for managing your orders and will never be sold to third parties without your consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
